Deposits
To secure a big job like Balayage, Nanoplasty, Hair Extensions & other selected services a deposit may be required.
Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If, on the rare occasion, you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7** days** of your appointment. We are happy to assess your concerns and, where appropriate, provide a complimentary adjustment.
Adjustment appointments requested after 7 days may incur additional charges.
Where possible, any adjustment will be completed by the stylist who originally performed the service to ensure consistency of results.
Please note that adjustments do not apply where the desired outcome differs from the original consultation or where professional aftercare advice has not been followed.
Professional Recommendations
Our stylists are committed to maintaining the health and integrity of your hair.
During your consultation, we may recommend specific treatments, toners or professional home care products to achieve and maintain your desired result.
If you choose not to proceed with our professional recommendations or aftercare advice, we cannot accept responsibility for the longevity, condition or outcome of your hair following your service.
Pricing & Quotations
Every guest’s hair is unique, and pricing is based on several factors, including hair length, thickness, previous colour history, condition, and the service required.
For this reason, we are unable to provide exact quotations via telephone, email, online Pricelist or social media messages. Please note that our Pricelist on our website are a starting price only.
Any estimate provided should be considered a guide only. A personalised consultation will be carried out before your service, at which time an accurate quotation will be provided.
